Forget about all subbands fed to the decoder.

process depth band W1 H1 bitmapName

Feed one subband to the decoder. The reset method must be called before starting to decode a frame.

The command:

``callback`` ``depth`` <bitmap name>

is executed whenever a new LL subband becomes available.
